Refund & Return Policy
If you need to return an item, please contact us at support@icewaterfilters.com to request a Return Authorization before sending your package.
Customer support is available Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (ET). We are closed on weekends and holidays.
Return Eligibility
Products may be returned within 30 days from the date of shipment.
To be eligible for a return:
- the item must be unused;
- the item must be in its original condition;
- the item must include original packaging materials.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping and handling costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service such as FedEx, UPS, or USPS. We are not responsible for returns that are lost in transit or cannot be verified as delivered.
Return Instructions
Please securely repack the product in its original packaging materials before shipping.
Returns sent without prior Return Authorization may experience delays in processing.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 3 business days to the original payment method.
Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
